Role Overview

Identity Automation, is growing and has openings for full-time Sales Representatives. The Sales Representative contributes to the company’s continued success by increasing revenue through identifying, prioritizing and pursuing new opportunities. The Sales Representative is a trusted advisor providing solutions and leadership through a deep understanding of the customer’s core business strategy and desire for solution. The Sales Representative ‘s chief role is to lead potential prospects to close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue quota
  • Generate engagement through prospecting activities: cold calling, etc.
  • Responding to 3-5 RFPs per month
  • Follow up on incoming inquiries for designated territory
  • Write, present, and close sales proposals
  • Manage research gathering for cold calling
  • Work as a team with sales, support, product development and marketing
  • Provide necessary and appropriate technical information, performing product demos, preparing quotes, and closing sales with help of support team
  • Selling over the phone
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle sales implementation and provide service to customers
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Follow administrative tasks to completeness

Skills

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, closing sales and achieving revenue goals
  • Telephone-based selling skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Superior oral and written communication skills

Experience

At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, in technical sales
