DSS Workday Adapter
The Data Synchronization System (DSS) is an application with a built-in tool-set that can move, transform and validate data between otherwise disparate systems. This system can be used to build identity management, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions.
The Workday Adapter allows for the connection to the cloud-based HRMS, Workday. Customers can use this adapter to pull staff and contingent worker data from Workday and/or write back data such as email addresses and phone numbers.
This capability makes it possible to automatically populate accounts for your staff thus saving countless man-hours and eliminating errors caused by manual record creations. The adapter supports automatic record updates into Workday which handles new employee and contingent worker.
When implemented in a complete identity management solution, DSS, pulling data from Workday, supports full lifecycle management of accounts and groups including terminations, memberships changes, password resets, etc. In short, you can control account access to local and other cloud-based systems based on events in Workday.
